First time at the strip with the new motor. I just plane overpowered the suspension and tires. The truck skated all over the track to the point of being dangerous. Need to fix the chassis, install more converter, and get a larger pair of slicks. Just got done installing a roll bar, belts, dana 60, driveshaft, should see the strip again this summer. The 528 Hemi is an animal, I've been shifting it at 7000 and it hasn't hit the power peak yet. It pulls like a freight train, and the top end charge is unbelieveable.

• 528 Hemi, siamesed bore MP block, MP 4.15 crank, Manley 4340 sportsmaster rods, 6.96 c/c with .990 small ends, JE custom 10-1 pistons w/moly rings, milodon duel line oil system, MP 614/598 272/274@.050 cam, weiand 2x4 tunnel ram w/2-900+ thermoquads, also sheetmetal tunnel ram w/1140 cfm BG dominator. Est. 600 hp at rear wheels.

If it don't scare you, it ain't fast enough! the truck will smoke the tires at any speed under 60mph on the street.
